History.

Land Referencing Services was founded back in 2008 by Parma Kataria and Martin Glover. Both co-founders established the company after their own individual successes. Combined the Directors have accumulated over 50 years’ experience in delivering high quality land referencing to clients in a wide range of industries from Housing Development to Telecommunications.

LRS has continued to grow from strength to strength since the late 2000’s taking on larger scale projects and expanding to various regions across the UK.

Partnership.

At LRS, we have partnered with many well-known clients to deliver on several large-scale projects including High Speed Rail. Creating clear, diligent and understandable land referencing has led to our expert reputation and a catalogue of highly satisfied clients.

We specialise in large scale projects in many industries including rail and highways.
