Site surveys, interviews and general contact with land owners and affected parties ensure the smoothest possible process.
Our experienced surveyors conduct interviews and site surveys with those parties potentially affected, reviewing ownership boundaries, land use and identification of third party rights and easements over the affected land.
A site survey is an integral part of any scheme we are appointed to. With over 120,000 site visits to date, we also affix and maintain site notices and review the accuracy of topographical mapping.
Data is recorded via the LRSystem® on handheld mobile devices with tagged photos. We have coverage across the whole of the UK.
